Instructions:

For submission using OpenConf, please proceed as follows:

Step 1: Press “Make Submission” Enter the required information and write down your password. Thereafter, the id of the submission will be displayed and communicated to you by email.

Thereafter, the id of your submission will be displayed and also sent to you by email.

Step 2: From the "OpenConf Home" page, use "Upload File" to attach the file (you must enter your id and password).
